- There will be 0% (Nil) making charges if advance created under this Offer is adjusted with purchase of gold coins.
- There will be 15% discounts on the making charges if advance created under this Offer is adjusted with Purchase of Gold Jewellery.
Offer on Diamond Jewellery:
- There will be 100% discounts on making charges of diamond jewellery if advance created under this Offer is adjusted with purchase of Diamond Jewellery
Offer On Platinum Jewellery & Silver Coins
- 25% discounts on making charges of platinum jewellery if advance created under this Offer is adjusted with purchase of platinum jewellery.
- There will be 0% (Nil) making charges on Silver coins if advance created under this Offer is adjusted with purchase of Silver coins.

Terms & Conditions of Online Akshay Tritiya Offer 2020
This offer is valid from 22nd April 2020 to 27th April 2020 (both days inclusive).
- The offer is valid on single transaction done at https://sencogoldanddiamonds.com/ website only.
- The above Offer would be applicable only on minimum online transaction value of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only.
- The amount paid by customers during the above said Offer period shall be deemed to be an advance made with Company which will be adjusted with the purchase of jewellery and or gold coins after the lockdown is over. The gold quantity will be booked on gold rate of 22K published on the website on the date of online transaction being made by customer.
- A SMS confirmation shall be sent to the customer acknowledging the receipt of the advance booking amount.
- Customer is required to physically visit to Senco Gold and Diamonds store to purchase and collect the jewellery from the store selected by him/her during online transaction within 3 weeks from the date of lockdown getting over in that city/place.
- Customer is required to note that the excess differential gold quantity at the time of jewellery purchase against the booked value shall be charged as per the prevailing karat gold rate applicable on the date of physical purchase of Jewellery from their preferred store.
- Applicable GST will be charged at the time of purchase done in the store.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any offers running at the time of purchase against the advance created under this Offer.
- Swarna Yojona / Swarna Labh scheme redemption cannot be clubbed with this Offer.
- Previous order advances made by customers, if any, cannot be clubbed with this offer.
- In case the aggregate advance booking value / invoice value exceeds Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) pertaining to this offer’s scheme, customer shall have to comply with the KYC formalities by submitting copy of PAN card.
- During return / exchange of the product sold against this offer, the discount, making charges and GST would be deducted from the total payable amount / adjusted against new purchase amount.
- The Company can withdraw or alter this offer without prior notice at any given time and the decision of the Company shall be final in this regard.

- Senco Gold Limited reserves the right to terminate or cancel the offer at any point of time without further notice.
B. AKSHAYA TRITIYA SBI OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (VALID TILL 26TH APRIL 2020)
- This Marketing Program (“Program”) is offered by SBI Card & Payment Services Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Senco Gold Limited (“ Senco ”). It is open to all legal residents of India holding a valid and current SBI/Tata Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL and/or Senco.
- The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is 22nd – 26th April 2020 unless extended by SBICPSL and Senco by mutual consent in writing for a further period “additional term”.
- All SBI/Tata Credit Cardholders excluding SBI/Tata Corporate Credit Card with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days are covered under this Program.

Other Terms and Conditions:
- The above Offer is by way of a special offer for SBI/Tata Credit Cardholders only excluding SBI/Tata Corporate Credit Cardholders and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement between SBI and its card members. - Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- SBICPSL and Senco reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Delinquent SBI/Tata credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
- Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL to conduct further, similar or other Offers.
- Any disputes arising out of the Offer between SBICPSL and Cardholder shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and amendment thereof. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL or Senco or any of its affiliates.
