RULES FOR ANTAKSHARI
General Guidelines
• A family / team should consist of three members (minimum).
• Each registration is equivalent to each family. Each family is equivalent to one team.
• Each participant is required to register through the registration form uploaded in the https://sencogoldanddiamonds.com/
• Total time of the contest will be one and half hours.
• There will be four rounds of different modes.
• In case of a tie there shall be a fifth round.
• The decision of the Senco Gold and Diamonds shall be final and binding on all teams.

Do’s and Don’t’s
1. Repatriation not allowed: Once you have sung a song, you or any other team cannot repeat the same song again.
2. Mash-up not allowed: You or any other team are not allowed to sing Mash-ups, every team should sing single song at one go.
3. Start form the beginning: All teams have to start any song from the first line or lyric. You must follow the original song; any modification / own version is prohibited.
4. Humming is not allowed: All teams are required to sing with original lyric, at least first two line of the song that you attempt.
5. Play Healthy game: All team are advised to play a healthy game, no team is advised to use any judgmental statement like singing quality, or skill.

Participants must like the announced post on Facebook.
The contest will be held on 27 th August and will run till further notice.
Senco Gold and Diamonds will send a Zoom link id and password at 12pm on the 27 th August via email / SMS
This programme will be governed by these standard terms and conditions. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the programme, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms.
Senco Gold Limited will have the rights to disqualify any participant/s in case their entries are defamatory in nature or their entries display any indecency or one that is deemed unfit for public viewing.
Multiple entries by participants during will NOT be entertained.
Senco Gold Limited reserves the right to cancel any duplicate entry and debar all such entries from the programme at its own discretion.
Entries received after the closing date, once the closing date or end date of the programme is allowed, will not be entertained.
Winners will be chosen by Senco Gold Limited. Our decision pertaining to who will participate in the programme and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the programme will be entertained.
The decision of Senco Gold Limited will be final and no further queries or complaints or questions whatsoever will be entertained and Senco Gold Limited is not obliged to respond to the same.
Prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable.
Senco Gold Limited reserves the exclusive right to change/ modify the terms and conditions of this programme or change the prizes or withdraw this programme at any point of time at its sole discretion and in such case/s participants are not allowed to claim any damage/compensation etc., from Senco Gold Limited or any of its associates.
Senco Gold Limited is not responsible for any defect in prizes or delay in delivery of prizes.
Senco Gold Limited is not responsible for participant/s not being able to understand the contest mechanics or for his/ her misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Participant/s confirms and acknowledges that once the entries are submitted the same cannot be withdrawn /modified by the participant for any reason whatsoever.
All entries are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by Senco Gold Limited and complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Senco Gold Limited has the sole right to disqualify any Entries/ Participants if the same is not in compliance with the Terms and conditions herein specified or any further applicable laws, regulation or any Policies that may be specified by Senco Gold Limited. Senco Gold Limited’s discretion will be final and binding in this regard.
None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a Partnership or Agency between Contestants and Senco Gold Limited and Contestants shall have no authority to bind Senco Gold Limited in any manner whatsoever.
The information is deemed to be voluntarily supplied during the course of participation and personal information provided by the Participants will be deemed as non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. Senco Gold Limited shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to Third Parties without limitation.
Any disputes or differences shall be at the jurisdiction of Civil Court in Kolkata only.
