- This facility is valid on transaction done at https://sencogoldanddiamonds.com only
- The above facility would be applicable only on minimum online transaction value of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) & onwards.
- The amount paid by customers under this facility deemed to be an advance made with Company which will be adjusted with the purchase of Silver Items/Coins. The Silver quantity will be booked at silver rate of 92.5% purity published on the website on the date of online transaction being made by customer.
- Customer is required to note that the excess differential Silver quantity at the time of purchase against the booked value shall be charged as per the prevailing purity of silver rate applicable on the date of physical purchase of Silver items/coin from their preferred store.
- Customer is required to physically visit Senco Gold and Diamonds store after 5 working days from the date of making payment online to purchase and collect the desired silver items. Applicable GST will be charged at the time of purchase done in the store.
- In case the aggregate advance booking value exceeds Rs.190000/- pertaining to this online Silver booking facility, customer shall have to comply with the KYC formalities by submitting of PAN card.
- Any conditions which are not explicitly covered would be at the sole discretion of the Senco Gold Ltd. Company reserve the right to revoke/differ this online advance order facility entirely at their discretion at any time.
