1. Validity:
This gift card is valid for use at Senco Gold and Diamonds stores across India and online at www.sencogoldanddiamonds.com. It expires within 305 days from the date of issuance, after which it cannot be redeemed. The extension of the validity period is not possible under any circumstances.
2. Redemption:
The gift card can be redeemed only after 48 hours from the time of issuance. It can be used for purchasing Jewellery, Coin & Bars. The value of a Gift Card is limited to the amount mentioned on it. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards or any other purpose so far.
3. Usage:
Present the gift card at the time of purchase at the Stores or you can put the Gift Card number at the checkout page @ sencogoldanddiamonds.com at the time of payment. If the purchase exceeds the card's value, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards:
Treat this card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
5. Non-Transferable:
The gift card is transferable. However, it may only be transferred one time as the first-time user, since the user will be treated as the owner of the card and further transfer of the card, or the balance will not be allowed.
6. Returns and Refunds:
This Gift Card will be treated as a Tender Only. The process of any sales return OR any other transaction related to the purchased product will follow the general policies of Senco Gold & Diamonds.

8. Limitations:
The gift card can be redeemed for purchasing Jewellery, Coin & Bars and can not be used for any other purposes.

Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions, which may be updated or amended by Senco Gold and Diamonds from time to time.
10. Legal:
Any disputes related to this Gift Card are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only. The company reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
