Cancellation Policy:
For any queries regarding your online order, customers are advised to contact our Customer Care team by mailing us at customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in or call us at 1800-103-0017 (10 AM to 7 PM) before initiating any cancellation request.
- Pre-Shipment Cancellation Process: If a cancellation request is received prior to dispatch of the order, the order will be cancelled by the company and the applicable refund will be initiated in accordance with our refund policy.
- Post-Shipment Cancellation Process: If the order has already been dispatched, customers are requested to refuse the delivery. Upon receipt of the returned product at our facility, the item will be subject to a quality inspection. Once approved, the refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
Return Policy:
- Product(s) against any order is/are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery at the customer’s address.
- Any return request raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, customers are requested to contact our Customer Care team by mailing us at customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in or call us at 1800-103-0017 (10 AM to 7 PM). Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep, wherever applicable.
Return Eligibility
- Only unused, unworn, and undamaged products are eligible for return.
- If an item is found to be used or damaged, the return request will not be accepted.
Important Note:
In case of any refund against a returned order, customers must ensure that all promotional or complimentary gift items (if applicable) received with the order are also returned to Senco Gold Limited.
If any digital gifts or coupons were issued to the customers with the same order, Senco Gold Limited reserves the right to revoke or deactivate them immediately. If such benefits have already been utilized prior to the refund request, their corresponding value will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video upon delivery.
This helps resolve exchange or return concerns faster and ensures smooth support.
Refund Policy
To help us process your refund smoothly, customers are kindly requested to ensure the following:
- The product is returned in its original packaging. Proper packaging helps prevent transit damage and supports faster refund processing.
- All original tags and the invoice are included with the return.
Products returned without the above may be subject to review and could impact the refund amount.
Full Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a standard quality inspection.
- Upon successful approval, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 12 to 15 working days from the date of receipt.
- Please note that processing timelines may vary depending on banking partners.
Partial Refund Process
Partial refunds may be applicable in certain situations, including:
- If the metal net weight of the delivered product varies from the stated weight.
- If the diamond or stone net weight of the delivered product varies from the stated weight.
Note: In case of any such variation, the final invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Item
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gold & Silver Bullions (Coins, Bars & Beans)
- Gift Cards
Exchange Policy
- In case an incorrect size is ordered, customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of order or delivery (whichever is earlier) by mailing us at customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in or call us at 18001030017 (10 AM to 7 PM). Our team will be happy to assist you through the process.
- All exchange requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with company guidelines.
- The final price of the exchanged item will be calculated based on the prevailing metal and stone rates on the date the exchange request is placed.
Note: Customers are eligible for only one exchange per order in cases of incorrect size. Multiple exchange requests for the same product will not be permitted.
Repair Policy
- If a product requires repair after regular use, customers are advised to visit any Senco Gold retail outlet to avail of our repair services. In such cases where additional metal or stones are needed, the applicable charges will be calculated based on the prevailing metal and/or stone rates and will be borne by the customer.
