Wedding Lucky Draw Contest – Terms & Conditions
1. The lucky draw contest is valid on wedding jewellery purchases of ₹2,00,000 or above, made during the campaign period, for the customer’s own wedding or a wedding within their immediate family.
2. Eligibility for participation is subject to a qualifying purchase as defined by the brand.
3. The lucky draw will be conducted on 15th March, and winners will be selected through a random draw process. The decision of Senco Gold & Diamonds shall be final and binding.
4. Prizes include an exclusive honeymoon package within India, a luxury couple dinner at a 5-star hotel, or a photoshoot by a renowned celebrity photographer. Each winner is eligible to receive only one prize.
5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.
6. Prize fulfilment is subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and blackout dates of the respective service partners.
7. Any costs not expressly mentioned as part of the prize, including upgrades, personal expenses, taxes, or incidental charges, shall be borne by the winner.
8. Winners will be notified on the contact details provided at the time of participation and must claim the prize within the stipulated timeline.
9. Senco Gold & Diamonds reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate the contest or its terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
10. Participation implies consent to the use of the participant’s name, image, and/or video for marketing and promotional purposes.
11. The contest is subject to applicable laws and jurisdiction of India.
