How to Initiate the Refund Process?
- If there is damage to an item upon delivery, Customers should contact Senco Gold customer support at 1800-103-0017 or write to customerfeedback@sencogold.co.in within 7 days from the receipt of product.
- We shall not entertain any request made after 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up from your doorstep.
Refund
We shall process the Full Refund once we receive the product at our warehouse. The product must be in unused condition & unbroken condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
In case the net weight (Metal / Stone / Diamond) of the final product varies from the stated weight, We will process a partial Refund.
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to the source account within 12 to 15 working days.
